We are proud to offer nationwide shipping in the United States and others countries internationally. We aim to provide our AxialDeals customers with great value and smooth services. We always give priority and take care of our customers needs to meet their expectation and good user experience.
Here is our Shipping & Delivery information explained below:
Shipping Countries:
We ship to United States and Canada. Good news, now we ship to all others countries internationally.
Shipping Carriers:
All packages shipped from our US warehouse via USPS, UPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
Delivery Location:
Customers can receive packages at their delivery address they used in shipping information while ordering items.
Delivery Terms:
Order Cutoff Time :
Cut-off time is the time by which a customer needs to place an order for it to begin processing on the same day. Orders that miss the cut-off time don't begin processing until the following business day.
- The order cutoff time is 12:00 a.m. EST (Monday - Friday).
(Note: Since orders placed after the cutoff won't begin processing until the next business day, customers who miss the cutoff will see an extra business day added to their delivery estimate.)
Shipment Processing Time:
Shipment processing time is the handling time. Handling time is the number of business days needed to process an order before it ships. Handling time normally starts when an order is placed by a customer and ends when a carrier picks up the package for shipment.
- The Shipment Processing Time is 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday - Friday).
Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) for your orders to ship out. All order placed after 12:00 a.m. EST will ship out the following business day. You can track your order here.
Transit Time:
Transit time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a order to a customer once it is picked up from our facility. Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.
The delivery times (Monday - Friday) are listed below:
- USA - Within 5 - 7 business days
- Canada - Within 5 - 7 business days
- Rest of the World - Within 7 - 20 days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays,
weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages
will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers
may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time;
the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout. We offer two different shipping rates based on the destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
- United States/Canada: Free Shipping For All Items.
- Rest of the World ( International ): $9.99 Flat Rate For All Items.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
I Didn't Receive My Order:
Please email us at support@axialdeals.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order.
My Item is Damaged / Incorrect, What Do I Do?
If any of your items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, Please contact our support team immediately with evidence, including a photo of the item.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you are eligible to cancel without penalty within 12 hours of your purchase!
If for any reason you changed your mind and decided you do not want your
order, you may cancel and receive a full refund within 12 hours of your purchase.
Once 12 hours has gone up, our team may have processed your order and we
may be unable to cancel your order immediately. However, once you received your item, we have 30 days return policy if you are not satisfied with the product.
Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.
Can I Return My Purchase?
We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. We offer a 30 day returns policy from date of purchase.
Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
I Have Entered an Incorrect Address, How to correct it?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to
your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us
immediately via email at support@axialdeals.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
